Lump infront of right ear

Over a year ago I noticed a lump right side of face infront of my ear with jaw pain  this has progressed over time now the right side of my face doesnt look in proportion with left (slightly swollen)  pulsetile tinnitus right ear random burning sensations in the left & on head funny taste in mouth dizzy spells where sometimes the floor moves I've also started biting my tongue by accident when talking doctors say There Is nothing wrong with my face I am on the verge of paying private am I going Round the twist people???

Hi so I'm paying privately now neaurologist it's a dural ac malformation in for mri soon cost me a grand for the pleasure of finding out gps are rubbish!!!

Your symptoms include tinnitus,which must be evaluated by ENT physician first,to rule out underlying ear and CNS pathology,may be better examined by a sub speciality neuro ENT

My next step is to pay privately for an mri of the head my doctors have been ignoring me for over a year & I have now reached the stage I cannot approach them anymore I wouldn't know where to start for an ent but I've found where they do the scans why do you advise that??
