Moler with Gum Pain virsus sinus infection

I went to dentist because there was something stuck beside top moler #2 and was cutting my cheek. Was told it is jaw bone and they pulled it out. Oh did that hurt; thats when the extreem pain started and swelling of both upper and lower gums. I do clinch my teeth, jaw pops/cracks more as I get older. So I was sent to a oral surgen to get the moler pulled, took exrays and he said No way; your sinus are swelling. Went to medical Dr. got that 5 day medican, a week later took extrays again and still tells me sinus infection. My nose fells clear, my ears do hurt and my jaw aches, along with swollen gums, only on right side. Started more medican and more pain pills. Now there is another "bone piece" coming thru gum and I can not get to it to pull out myself, this whole thing is driving me crazy. Please Help.  Advise is welcome. I am running out of vacation and sick time from work, not to mention money. Thank You:)

Yes I did see an oral surgeon with full intention on getting moler#2 pulled, that's when I was shown on exrays that my sinus (right side) is full of congestion. I am still taking penicillin antibiotic and pain pills, the pressure has descreased, tooth is still loose and as long as I don't pick at that bone fragmant sticking out from my gums, it will not bleed. I can not stop flossing and brushing, I am hooked to keep clean!  Thank You
