No insurance horrible pain

So I have been to 3 dentists so far with no insurance. The first dentist charged me 75 dollars for x rays and told me I would have to pay an additional 2000.00 to get 2 root canals and pull a tooth. I told him that wasn't possible and to just pull one tooth.
He said it would be surgical so it would be an additional 243.00 dollars total without anestesia. I said forget it and he sent me home with amoxicillin and tylenol with codeine which did nothing for me. The next dentist charged me an additional 35 dollars for the consulation although I brang in the x rays. I asked him to please pull my tooth. He said it had to be surgically done. His cost was outrageous. He wouldn't pull my tooth without the full payment. The last dentist I went to pulled my tooth for 75 dollars. I went home and soon after I realized that my teeth were still hurting and not just one but many of them. I am in severe pain and most dentists want the full amount up front before they'll mess with my teeth. Does anyone know what I can do?? Any words of advice would be helpful.

Try something like healthcare credit line or care credit.

You should see if there are any Dental Schools in your area, the cost is much cheaper, although very time consuming.
