Oh boy .. Denture/tooth decay/sharp teeth

Well I know I have a serious Gum Disease issue:

My teeth are about to fall out Upper Arch atleast holes in every tooth I use to have 32 teeth lol now I have 30,one split in half,14 rotting away, 2 wisdom teeth ect.. I know my opition is denture for the upper arch (implants are 1100.oo just for one its stupid.)Possiable bottom denture are there any good dentures out there that look real?, I have no dental insurance yet I have to be put to sleep for anything cause I have a history of punching my doctors. Eh an can I use a nail file to file down my moulars an wisdom teeth? I think I grind my teeth at night cause they are almost razor sharp I bit my cheeks/tounge almost everytime I eat something...

Is it possiable to get it done all at once then taken month after month just to have several extrations heal..

I have a dental kit but I bearly use it. If I do its the mirror I use cause I can pretty much see through my upper front teeth - not a pretty sight I may add..

I see well depends on my insurance.

Without insurance it cost me about 30k for all implants

an about 6-8k for what your saying with the pain reliefs.

Treating yourself is not a very good idea. I think if you need upper and lower dentures I would suggest that you try to see your way clear to have at least two implants placed in the lower jaw. The difference between wearing a lower vs.upper denture is night and day. The implants will maintain the bone on  the lower and make your life immeasurably better.
