Painful tongue/Sore teeth

The tip of my tongue is very irritated and it is incredibly painful. My teeth are also sore. Especially when I bite down, even if I'm not biting onto something. If I clench my jaw, ALL of my teeth hurt. They almost feel loose. I also have a very sore spot on the inside of my bottom lip in front of my teeth. Right about where the tip of my tongue hits the inside of my lip. Does anyone know what could be causing all of this? Does it sound serious? Also, if anyone has any suggestions about what to do about the pain, I appreciate that as well.

Thanks in advance. God bless!

I agree with scottma.  Going to a dental professional is your only option.  Without an examination any guessing would be just that....  Guessing.
When there is irritation and pain as you describe, guessing is unacceptable.

Please make an appt with your dental professional NOW.

Good luck and my best to you,
Gellia
