Peculiar numbness in k-nines

Several months ago, I had bit into a very hard piece of bread, and it loosened my tooth. Months later, I lost that k-nine and a few days after that, all the rest of my k-nines became numb. What is wrong, how can I fix it, and is this bad?

Tooth numbness can be caused due to a number of reasons like apical abscess, pulpitis, impacted tooth, dental abscess, dental cavities. It would be better if you consult a good dentist for the purpose at the earliest.
