Recurring Canker sores

Hi Doc / Knowledgeable Member

I Have been having recurrent canker sores for the last month or so, when one goes another appears within a couple of days ! my dentist sent me for a full blood count and iron test , both of which came back normal and my doc told me i was healthy and not to worry about them ! have you any idea what cold be causing these ? also i have been worried about hiv lately as i have read that recurrent canker sores can be a sign of hiv ! would this be early hiv? or later? also with my full blood count being normal surely this would rule out hiv ? would it ??

Recurrent aphthous stomatitis is associated with many underlying systemic conditions, for example, hematologic deficiencies, immunologic disorders, genetic factor, hiv, food intolerence, imflammatory bowl disese, respiratory infection, cigarette smoking, etc.
