Teeth break apart

My teeth break apart. It started in the back molars and is moving forward. I have had to have one molar removed. Most of my bottom teeth are crowned; some have root canals. Most of my rear upper teeth are crowned also.
I go to the dentist twice year for cleaning. I brush 2x daily and try to floss.
My diet is balanced. I am 45.
As a child I had metal fillings in molars. I had dental care during childhood and brushed fairly regular.
Any idea what might  be going on?
Thanks

you need to go to the dentist the chances are that you are losing bone mass in your teeth and that is what is causing your teeth to break apart. Trust me I am 43 and was told the same thing by the dentist
