Teeth crunchin or Teeth grinding while in sleep

I have habit of teeth crunching or teeth grinding during sleep in thenight...how can it be stopped? kindly advise

Many pharmacies sell mouthguards which you can wear at night to prevent just this sort of thing... best to ask your dentist if you have one for a recommendation, but that souunds like the route you may want to go.
