Teeth hurt a lot when I drink cold stuff, please help?!!

So it's been going for like 4-5 weeks and every time I drink or eat anything cold the left side of my mouth, my teeth ache so much and it hurts. 2 weeks before this started happening, I did get 9 fillings on cavaties with 6 of them being on the left side.. Idk if that could be that is causing it plus I've noticed my gums look a bit darker than before.. I plan to go to the dentist soon and check it out but was wondering if anyone could help me out with this, please help :(

Hey buddy, due to dentin hypersensitivity it may happen. It's not a major problem but don’t take it lightly, visit to your nearest dentist.

Large restorations may cause sensitivity since they were potentially deep. Conduction of cold can be transmitted through the material and straight to the nerves of those teeth or u might have exposed roots.

Cold irritation may result from faulty occlusion of new restoration. Going back to your dentist to have a post op exam and/or adjustment is advised.
