Tiny circular white spot on front lower gums

I recently quit dipping about 2 -3 weeks ago and went to check out how my gums were healing. I noticed a tiny painless white little bump on the front side of my lower gums. I’m not sure how long it has been there. It’s like a piece of white skin there. It does come off if scrubbed but the skin will just grow back after a couple of days like a scab. Any clues to what this might be?
