Weird mouth symptoms that I am worried about

I am 23 years old and barely drink and do not smoke cigarettes and I have astma as well. I recently have been worried about possible oral cancer or something seriously life threatening. I am worried because since December, I've had these weird symptoms in the mouth. It all started when A small white lump appeared on the bottom of my mouth just underneath the tongue where the salivary glands are located. As a day went by, I became curious and afraid and did research and came to the conclusion that it could be a salivary stone forming. Out of stupidity and worry, I decided to squeeze the white lump and the lump started bleeding a bit but nothing serious. A day later, the white lump went away and everything seemed fine but as days went on, it looked like there were a collection of smaller tiny bumps forming in a line underneath the tongue where the salivary glands are located. There is no pain at all. I went to a dentist just weeks before all of this started happening and they told me that since my mouth is constantly dry from always breathing through the mouth, the gums are a bit more sensitive and can bleed. About a month after this all started happening, I told my doctor about this and he said that it doesn't look concerning and he referred me to the ear nose and throat doctor. I went there in Early February and the doctor said that its just Salivary glands that are inflamed and they tend to do that and it isnt concerning. I am still a bit worried since it hasn't went away yet. Sometimes I get a feeling that something is stuck in my throat but it goes away later in the day. I also feel a small lump on the underside of my bottom lip under the skin and i feel like its been there for a while but there seems to be no mark where it is located. Just today i noticed a red spot under my top lip and it feels weird like something is in my mouth. I also tend to have bad breath more often than usual even when I brush my teeth. Sometimes there is a slight tingling pain in places in my mouth when i chew or move the tongue (mostly on the tongue or under) but it isnt serious at all and eventually goes away. Idk if this is because of dry mouth or what. All of these weird symptoms appearing are concerning me. Advice and knowledge on this topic to ease my stress would be appreciated.
