White Bumps on Tongue

My 16 month old is teething and I have noticed several white bumps on his tongue.  He has been really fussy, will not eat much, and isn't sleeping well.  Could you help me with what to do for the bumps...
Thanks!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I would check with your pediatrican as to what these bumps are--I m not sure. It might be related to the teething.I can not diagnosis them without seeing the bumps.
