White film in mouth(whiteness)

Hi, I have got a whiteness in my mouth, one month ago there was some whiteness on tongue and patches/lining around cheeks area in mouth but finally it went away from tongue and those whiteness are not recovered till now and every morning when i wake up i could see white thin film in my complete mouth(cheeks, down lip).

Last time when i went to Doctor she said it was some fungus infection and gave me gel to apply but those white patches are not getting recovered (its been 1.5 months)

So do i need any medical checkup or is it something really serious.

All of this started happening when i came back from poland where i had a private dance with a girl and i kissed her breast. :(  I am really worried please help or provide any suggestions

Thanks
