around-tongue bone growth

seeking the name of  'rare' condition where bone  of lower jaw under lower teeth and under tongue grows inward making it difficult to swallow with teeth together, mouth closed, taking up more space than usual under tongue ?

The name might be torus mandibularis. However, it's not uncommon condition and rarely causes swallowing problem. If it does cause swallowing problem, surgical excision is the treatment of choice.
