Wisdom tooth question

Okay this is going to sound like extreme cowardice but please bear with me. Just under four years ago, I discovered that I had a wisdom tooth coming out (lower right side) it hurt a bit and did not emerge completely, unfortunately I was heading to Japan and didn't really have time to get it sorted out back home I thought I could get it done in Japan. But upon arriving in Japan, I discovered that while the thought of going to a dentist in your own country is scary enough, the prospect of going to one that doesn't speak a word of English is downright intimidating! So, the wisdom tooth is still there - it got infected occasionally and I've managed not to think about it by taking painkillers and if the pain is really bad, the occasional day off work! But recently, the infections have been more regular and I've started feeling really sick. Sore throat, generally tired, weird stomach and after the last infection I noticed a white coating on my tongue (which I also managed to scald at some point during the infection but I don't know if that's connected at all) and weird little  Fordyce Spot-like pimples on my lips. Could all of these symptoms be a result of the constant infections? Could a wisdom tooth really make me feel this sick? Am particularly worried about my tongue. It's just white, with the hairy bits looking longer than usual- nothing I can scrape off. Sometimes it looks better and sometimes it looks worse! Am not sure if it's just paranoia. Please help...

About 1 week ago I had the 2 wisdom teeth on the bottom removed. They were both badly impacted down in the gums. And I was told that they had a struggle trying to get the teeth out. I am still in pain. On my right side the stitches are still in my mouth. How long are they supposed to stay in for? Because one week ago, today, was when I got them removed. On my left side, the stitches are out already. When the stitches came out, I realized that I had a little hole where they used to be. It hurts, but when I take ibeprophen, the pain goes away. Will that hole where the stitches were, go away? And, what is it? AND, Is this normal?

I do not think the tongue symtoms are serious. If you have a chronic infection from the wisdom tooth it can cause a general malaise. I strongly suggest that you see an oral surgeon asap and let   the doctor take out the wisdom or wisdom teeth. The wisdom teeth can do damage to the bone and the adjacent teeth without the patient being aware of anything.
