bad extraction

I had an extraction done with a general dentist, it took him almost an hour to get the tooth out. He was suppose to extract two teeth but I was scared that something wrong might happen so he decided to reschedule me for the second extraction..he ended taking out too much tissue with the tooth . I am so worried as to how my teeth structure is going to look like when it is all done ..He refused to refund me all my money for the second tooth because I didnt go back to him for the second tooth again..pls help what do I do because I have to pay the oral surgeon who performed the second extraction

There can't be a charge for a service that wasn't performed but if you didn't give adequate notice, they can probably charge you a missed appointment fee.  There may have been something written that you signed in regards to a missed appointment fee.

If you had an appointment with the dentist and didn't cancel or give adequate notice then I think that they have a right to charge for lost time.  If it was because of their service then I think you have a right to ask for a refund.
Sorry.  I don't know how this stuff works.  There should be a process to follow.

I hope the teeth are OK.
