cavity!?

my front right pointy tooth has a cavity right at the gumline, and I have no idea what they will do to fix it, and I really do not want to have my tooth pulled.

My gum line on that tooth is very low, and I'm concerned.

I have a cavity in my very last molar tooth and it's eroded the tooth and the dentist wants to fill it.  The tooth doesn't hurt but the gum seems to hurt and I get bleeding during brushing.
Is it better to have a fluoride treatment, try mouthwashes fluoride/listerine or is it safer to have the tooth filled?

he meant that the dentist can use a retraction cord (mine uses a laser) to push back or shave the gum a small amount so a filling can be put in. if its a hole in the tooth its a cavity and needs to be filled.

Okay, so I looked at the pictures of that kind of thing, and it looks nothing like that.

It isn't red or inflammed, and it doesn't ache.

It's just like someone went in and drilled a little place right where the tooth meets the gum.

It appears to be a subgingival lesion.Packing a retraction cord can facilitate the filling procedure in most cases.
