infection in the gums

ALL OF MY TEETH IN FRONT HURT SO BAD THAT IT CAUSES INFECTIONS ...AND THEY HURT ,,,,BUT I HAVE NO MED AT ALL AND CERTAINLY NO DENTAL .WHAT CAN I DO ......????  I HAVE NO JOB...IM 42 YRS OLD ......AND HAVE TRIED EVERYWHERE I CAN THINK OF .....PLEASE  HELP ME !!!!

i think i have a infection on my tooth,my hole side is swollen up to my eye,and almost swollen shut.can i use garlic 6000 pills to take the infection down

  THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ADVICE.  I HAVE BEEN USING THE BAKING SODA AND PEROXCIDE..BUT IT DOESNT HELP AT ALL.I WILL CHECK WITH MY LOCAL HEALTH DEPT !!!  THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

try colgate baking soda and peroxide toothpaste and listerine,,or drink some tea...a hot water bottle help...sorry about your pain.

First you need to start brushing and flossing every day to get the debris out of your mouth and minimize the bacteria load. A good antibacterial mouthwash too will help. If you are a smoker, then a non-alcohol one is best.  

Of course if you have developed perio disease or absesses from decay, you must get treatment. Brushing and flossing alone will not help. 

I would check to see if there is a community clinic or indigent facility that can see you asap. You can check with local hospitals or medical centers to see if they can direct you for indigent care. 

Check with your local health department, see if they can help.  

Not sure if you are a veteran, but if so the VA will be able to assist you.
