I have a question about my gum...On my outer part of my gum in my inner cheek I have a white sore that wont go away..It hurts everytime I move my mouth.. What can I do to get rid of it?? And is it something I should worry?

It appears that you have a long-standing non-wipable white lesion on buccal mucosa. Seeing an oral pathologist is advised.

Any sore that remains more than 7 to 10 days must be investigated.See an oral surgeon to get a diagnosis.
