3 weeks ago i had an abcess in the right side of my mouth, after taking antibiotics the abcess went but i still have numbness in my lip and jaw, should i be worried. ?

The condition described is probably associated infection of mandibular nerve. Seeing an endodontist ASAP is advised before you get permanent numbness.
