painful roof of mouth, advice?

I have a terrible pain on the roof of my mouth on the right side especially when i touch it with the tip of my tongue. I also have an ulcer on the left side and my gums are starting to feel a bit numb. Additionally my jaw hurts sometimes when opening and closing my mouth any advice?

You must get diagnosed in person by a doctor who may prescribe the necessary antibiotics or anti inflammatory medicines as well as some pain killers in case of too much pain. Sometimes the skin is torn on the roof of the mouth due to hot coffee or any food and usually heals on its own within days but an infection is something to seek help for.
