Nah they never did a test,  tested negative up to 6.5 months for HIV so its not that at all, unless I have a serious problem with my immune system, what have you guys found out about your tongue?

Does your tongue looks like this?

(notice only the tip is red, the rest is covered by a white layer).

Thanks for your reply, I will visit my doctor about it, I also have a burning sensation at the front of my tounge, it looks like I have little cracks in that area of the tounge.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I can confirm the exact cause of your symptoms only after a clinical examination. The tongue can appear white or pale yellow and coated when its surface is colonized with bacteria or fungi. This coating can be formed when dead cells become trapped between the small nodules on the tongue. Iron deficiency can also cause pale coating on the tongue. I will advise you to see a primary care physician and get examined. Do keep me posted.
Best wishes and kind regards!
