Even IF you were to get the sealants, that in itself is no replacement for good dental hygeine and regular check-ups.

yes, the only thing i can think of is selants.
and no, it would not work, that only works when you are younger, when your perment teeth are first coming in and there are NO cavities, "soft spots" if there is a slight cavity you cannot put them on.
so the older you are the more likely that of a start of a cavity that is undetected.
