sacs in dental implant surgical area

after i had dental implant surgery some sacs formed in the surgical area. they looked like they were filled with blood. the dentist removed them. what could they have been? cysts or sacs? what would have happened if they had not been removed? i can't remember what the surgeon said except that they had to be removed. i am too embarrassed to ask about them again

I've never heard of the term liver blood clots in relation to dental implants.  You may want to ask the oral surgeon in the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery forum here.

I'm not sure.  I would imagine its just normal tissue healing and that due to the surgery, it was inflammed and irritated.  The tissue may have grown over the implants and the oral surgeon wanted to remove them to expose the implants for further treatment.  That would be my guess.
