sensitivity 1 month after root canal

On Dec 8, 08 I have root canal done on lower tooth 25. two week later still in pain..Have another root canal done on tooth 24 on Jan 5,2009.. Tooth 24  had a root canal done on it 12 years go. Some had to have a retreatment done on it. had to go back to finish up root canal on tooth 24 Jan 20,2009.  Also tooth 25 had a prement filling put in on Jan 19,2009. Still have pain and soreness behind teeth 24 and 25 at gum line and about have way down.. When  to oral surgeny on Jan 21 about pain and sorness.. He think it's a infection and told me that there was nothing more they could do that my body we need to heal it self with penicillin..  so I'm keep taking the Penicillin 500 mg 4 time a day and for pain lorcet plus 7.5 as needed. The problem is that tooth 25 has become Sensitivity to touch. hot and cold doesn't bother it but eating causes pain too. still have soreness and pain at gum line  and half way down behind teeth 24 and 25. My General DDS and Root Canal DR and the Oral Surgeny. all Come to same Decision There Nothing else they can Do.. But Still in Pain....This all started nov 19,2008 Where do i Go From Here.. Any Help would be great at this point. Also been on Penicillin since nov 19,2008 and lorect Plub 7.5

On a scale of 1-10, how bad is the pain? 3.5
Does pushing on the gum below the tooth hurt? No The gum is just sore  
How about pushing the tooth from the front... Yes.. not really pain as much as sensitivity
(I am assuming pushing the tooth from the top does). yes This is where pain mostly come from when eating or teeth hit together when talking

On a scale of 1-10, how bad is the pain?
Does pushing on the gum below the tooth hurt?  How about pushing the tooth from the front?  (I am assuming pushing the tooth from the top does).

Overall, if the infection in the tooth spread to the bone, you will be sore for a while when you put pressure on the top edge of the tooth.  It takes bone a couple of months to heal, so I would give it time.
