small bumps on back of my tongue and white spots on my inner lips?

It started out form having small bumps on my gums it seemed only after i ate..now i have bumps on my tongue, they are the same color as my tongue, a pinkish color. This morning i woke up to find a white spot on my bottom inner lip and upper. The spots or bumps are not painful i cant even feel them, i have been having a sore throut lately but i thought it might of been because of my alergies. I need help should i be concerned??

please help i have these 4-5 red lumps at the back of my touunge and they are a bit sore and look horrible, i have recently performed oral sex on my boyfriend about a few weeks ago however i have done it before and havent had a problem
i was pretty sick 2 days ago with the flu and vommitted then i noticed today the lumps... could it be from throwing up or should i be worried it could be worse?

I don't think it is serious but I would consult an oral surgeon for a definitive diagnosis.
