small painless bump under my tongue..what is it?

its small,sometimes grows big and small. annoying. no pain. always playing with it. is it cancerous? have had it for a month or so. more or less red. maybe a bit white on top. please help.

Check with your dentist or oral surgeon, small bumps could be any number of different things that can really only be diagnosed with a clinical exam.

I have small bumps under my tongue and large bumps on the inside of my checks are they herpes?

If the lesion get larger in size during meal time and gets small later on, it's probably a partial blockage of secretory duct of salivary gland by sialolith(stone). Sialography can eatablish the diagnosis.Seeing an oral surgeon is advised.
