Make an appointment with your Dentist.
The longer decay is left the harder it is to restore a tooth. Decay that is left can also cause the nerves in the tooth to die in the future and subsequently cause a lot of pain.

Hope this helps

Hi Friend,

Proper oral care is part of our daily grooming and is the key to good oral health. Taking time to care for your mouth, saves you from having to do expensive procedures, in the long run. A variety of mouth sores afflict practically all of us at one time or other. Many seem to be age specific and are related to a variety of dental needs or treatments we are undergoing. Ibuprofen is a common pain reliever that works OK, but in some situations we need a pain reliever that can be used in a specific location. Depending upon the severity of the symptom and the longevity of enduring it, many of these products produce superb symptom relief. Patients should be mindful that symptom treatment is sometimes not enough and may require determining the underlying cause.

Best Regards,
Stephen Jones

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
That tooth needs immediate attention. You should consult a dentist. The treatment will depend on how much of the tooth has been damaged. This can range from dental filling, root canal treatment or extraction of the tooth.
Hope this helps.
