The pain is normal for two to three days.If it has been a week you should visit your dentist.

I would suggest consulting any experienced dentist. There are plenty of dental clinics out there in each city. But the important thing is to choose right one, so when we have more options we should consider some criteria such as reliability and quality of treatment. But I personally suggest you to consult Dr. Arash Hakhamian once, best dentist in Los Angeles & well-known for dental surgery. To know more information about  this visit here https://yes.dental

Get a new dentist. When My dentist goes on vacation, not only does his office phone or email all of his patients (it took them some time to set up THAT system), but he also puts another dentist on call, and the 2d dentist's phone number is on his outgoing phone message.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, I would advise you to be seen by your dentist. After implant patients usually have pain which lasts for almost 24-48 hrs post op and gradually settles down. You need to see your dentist to get evaluated and to rule out any infection or any other post-op complications.Do keep us posted.
Take care and good luck.
