toothache from my fillings?

I got a filling re-done (18) about a month ago, and had the permanent filling done on a root canal (30) about two weeks ago along with a filling (3). For both fillings, I had no pain or sensitivity at all up until 5 days ago.

I started having a dull ache radiating from both fillings to my jaw (and to my ear on the side of the regular filling). It now hurts a little to eat, but is still very bearable, and I feel like tooth #3 is sensitive as well. My dentist took x-rays today and said that everything appeared to be fine, and it may be my wisdom teeth bothering me, but I really feel like the pain is coming from the filled teeth and in the case of my right side, it is not adjacent to my wisdom tooth.

Is my dentist missing something/ should I go to another dentist for a second opinion? Do wisdom teeth typically cause pain simultaneously on both sides?

Wisdom tooth pain can radiate and cause a lot of problems, especially if they become infected or are impacted.
Fillings can also be sensitive after having them done. Especially ones where a white filling material is used due to the bonding materials used during treatment.
It is reasuring that you Dentist has taken xrays which shows there is no apical infection present or any decay.
If you still have problems I would go back to the Dentist you saw.

thank you! i was paranoid about how the pain seemed to come from the fillings, but they probably are more sensitive to the pain :)
