I am sorry, but without a physical exam and its not possible to give you a definitive answer, but in all likelihood these symptoms are anxiety related rather than neurological, and I say that mostly because having them in those two locations does not fit the anatomical possibilities ofnerve fiber disruption, and because these are so frequently described by others as part of the anxiety/stress reaction.
By the way doctor, I am seeing a therapist as well.
