Jaquta has given you very good advice...I would add that you are probably so scared of failing that you are living with a high degree of anxiety. There must be a great deal of  pressure on you to succeed and you probably have a lot of people to please.  The only way to get out of this is to start talking to someone re your pressure and your fears, and get a hold of yourself and regain your perspective, and then you will r egain your confidence.  If you can get counseling help at school, that might be the first place to start.

Hi Kiya.  I'm not the doctor but he will reply when he has time.  He always does.
I think the problem is anxiety and too much other stuff on your mind.
To me it sounds as though it started when you came in 12th.  It almost sounds as though you have used this ranking to judge how well you're doing.  It's possible that you may not have gotten worse but that other people are doing better than you.
I think it is the pressure you've placed on yourself (or the meaning you've given to being 12th) that is affecting you and your ability to concentrate.
Usually as we progress through education it becomes more specialized and classes become more competitive.
My advice to you would be to better prepare yourself.  Give yourself time to learn the course material.  Perhaps even focus on the process rather than the result.

The doctor will be better able to identify and explain the problem.
If you continue to have problems then I would recommend you see your doctor.

Good luck with the rest of your course.  Don't forget the basics either of adequate sleep, good nutrition and exercise.
