OCD,Anxiety,Medication,and Sex

Im a 34 year old male, diagnosed with anxiety and OCD at age 22. Initially was on klonopin, respidol, and then luvox for eight years then weaned off all medications. In those eight years never had a problem with sex. My dosages were 2mg klonopin,1mg respidol, and 100 mg luvox.I had a case of performance anxiety when I was off the meds with a new girl and it sent my ocd into a fenzy. Took Viagra no problem went back on klonopin and luvox and didnt need viagra. Had another case of performance anxiety two years later and my obsessions started again. Used Viagra and then no problem.Met my wife 6 months ago again performance anxiety, took cialis and it worked until I made a decision to try celexa for two weeks and I dont know if it was my anxiety or fear or did it really kill my sex drive. Viagra or Cialis didnt work. Went back on Luvox up to 150mg and Neurontin 300mg 2x a day.I would get an erection but a thought would pop into my head that Im not performing well and it would go down. Somehow Cialis started to work for me again and its been successful. Now my question, is this the medication, or indeed performance anxiety or just anxiety and stress? I also have been stressing and obsessing about post ssri sexual dysfunction. Im obsessing too much and its out of control I cant relax. Im seeing a new doc to get a different opinion and also scheduled a sex therapist appt. What medications other than Luvox or Celexa could I use for anxiety and ocd?  I feel Luvox aint working neither was Celexa. My problem is I cant relax and Im always worrying. I have no compulsions except going on the internet and looking for answers and finding distressing news that I think apply to me. Im tired of this. I deserve to enjoy my life! I dont want to worry about getting it up or my sexual performance.

Your problem is not with the medications, but with your obsessions. You should ask your new doctor to help you talk through and understand your obsessions, not just give you new medications.
