Is it stress?

Hi I'm 33yrs old mother of three recently I realized that I have difficulties in remembering things or person etc ironically I able to remember things, smell and places which happened years ago. First I thought it is the hormonal change after I gave birth to my third child which was two years ago. I get angry, frustrated easily my hair start to drop and I'm putting a lot of weight my sleep patterns also change. Prior to these I experienced something bad, does all these causes me to be forgetfull? Am I under a lot of stress or other things?

One more question, it is actually for a friend who doesn't have a pc, his wife takes seraqouel for what was dignosed as bipolar he like to know is there any side effect of the med, does bipolar hears voices or does a schizophrenia? Thank you very much.

hello doctor I am 24 years old and I have been dealing with fuzzy snowy vision with blinking lights for about 6 years now. I went to the eye doctor and got an eye exam and nothing was wrong. I went to a psychiatrist and he perscribed paxil for my fuzzy vision. I did not take the paxil for fear of its side affects. What should I do Thanks

Whatever bad happened to you may still be weighing on your mind...you have described a state of depression with great anxiety, and this can be treated by a psychiatrist with medication, so I urge you to set up a consultation.  For your friend, bipolar disorder is not assosiated with hearing voice unless there is an extreme, but rare, episode.
