Medications mixture dangerous??

My mother has been diagnosed with Anxiety/paranoia. She is currently in the hospital and seems worse. They are giving her the following medications for the disorder, plus one for thyroid and one for an antacid.

ESCITALOPRAM, QUETIATINE, TRAZEODONE, MIRTAZAPINE, CLONAZEPAM, BUSPAR, OLMESARTAN, NORTRIPITYLINE, PANTAPRAZOLE, LEVOTHYROXIN.

How dangerous is this? I cannot get ahold of the doctor and since she is in a facility that is for mental problems they say her not feeling good symptome are her nerves. I believe this is too much.

Thanks.

I would strongly recommend that you seek a consultation re the medicines...it certainly seems like too many psychotropics as compared with usual  treatment unless there is some very special reasons.

Thank you for your advice. I have asked numerous times. The answer I get is so that they can see which one works and that is why they are giving her the Klonipin so that is doesn't cause her to have seizures. I just found out they released her today, she isn't ready and she still has all of those meds. I have anxiety as well and take just Lexapro. I think it is too much!!

Thanks again.
