Milnacipran

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia with depressed mood.  I was prescribed Wellbutrin XL 300mg qd, which has reduced my symptoms by approximately 30%.

I also want to take Milnacipran, which has completed phase II studies in the U.S. and has proven to be effective in the treatment of fibromyalgia and depression.  I have aquired Milnacipran from abroad.

My question is this:
Is Milnacipran compatible with Wellbutrin, and what dosage should I start with and then maintain?

I haven't got the slightest idea...don't know about or use this medication,so can not make any recommendations.

I believe that Strattera works like Milnacipran... selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors. Wellbutrin is a MAO Inhibitor and cannot be taken with Strattera, so probably the same for Milnacipran.
