those are bad combinations, but not really sure of the facts or the question.

You also need to be more specific for Doctor Gould.  Your heading says paroxetine, or Paxil, while your post says Prozac.  Which is it?  He'll need to know.

I have no idea but my understanding is that the carbamazepine blood levels may be increased by the prozac (fluoxetine) which can lead to carbamazepine toxicity.

Combining fluoxetine or paroxetine with phenytoin can also lead to increased phenytoin side effects and reduce blood levels of paroxetine.

You really need to discuss the potential drug interactions with your own doctor.
