Yes.
loss of time is a dissociative symptom. You must talk to another psych and at least try meds. If they dont work , well at least you tried. I had simialr symptoms and they scared me so much i went to the county mentala health clinic and talk therapy did not help my symptoms but meds did.
good luck

dissociative reaction?? never heard of that one. would that explain my sudden "amnesia" like symptoms and long and short memory and storage problems. i also feel outside my body and my body does not feel real. my head does not feel attached and i have storage problems. my whole body has this empty feeling and my brain and head has this empty feeling. my mind is not racing and i have problems forming thoughts and the complete loss of time.

With all of the tests you have had, and studies by neurologists, it is very unlikely that this is a brain problem.  The other likely diagnosis to think about is dissociative reaction, with anxiety attack symptoms.  You should go back to your psychiatrist, or find another, and explore that diagnosis, and have a trial of anti anxiety medications.
