Trauma anxiety/depression

hello
i got hit by a persons elbow joint on middle of my skull 2.5 years back (no loss in consciousness occurred or any post issues) from last October i am worrying whether that incident caused any permanent damage to brain & i touch that area (bregma) and chack whether there is any pain

last February during eye examination, doctor applied some pressure on eyes to check oil glands on eye lids using his thumb for some seconds & after that incident for about 2 weeks i got pain around eye region (due to anxiety) and since then i got depressed fearing that pressure caused damage to eye and i always try to focus on eye floaters on that eye & soon after seeing some it makes me more depressed

form last year i developed OCD particularly for eyes, head & nowadays i am extremely anxious about pressure applied on eyes, skull during bathing, sleeping & even a mild touch of finger on eyes makes me nervous & gets anxiety pain for some hours.

i am extremely social phobic from childhood & for few years i became hypochondriac, depressed & i usually associate all illness with guilt feelings...these problems are really hindering my studies, career etc

Is this a  trauma anxiety disorder? kindly advise me to get rid of this depression, ocd etc

I believe you are describing your obsessive-compulsive disorder with a new symptom. You need to be treated by psychiatrists with medication and psychotherapy and that will deal with all of the symptoms that you described.

It sounds feasible that the knock to your head has been the catalyst for some of your anxiety.  Particularly the health-related anxiety.  I would question what happened in October though to see what really triggered the anxiety.  Why then?

Focusing on the floaters, etc only reinforces your belief that something is wrong.

If you associate all illness (sore head, eyes, etc) with guilt feelings, which would easily make anyone anxious or depressed, wouldn't it make sense to work on those negative emotions?

I think you have anxiety issues.  I think to address anxiety (social phobia, ocd, etc) and depression you should have a psych consult followed by psychotherapy.
I think working through some of your childhood issues and also concerns about health you may in turn feel less anxious and less depressed.

There is also a compulsive behaviors expert forum which may help you better understand the o-c behavior or direct you towards appropriate support.
