What is Wrong with Me?

I am a 32 Year old Male, Back in November, developed a stiff neck, could not move to the left but could move to the right and up down. Lasted 2 weeks, saw a Chiro and said just out of place so he fixed me the 2x i was there. Then about 2 weeks later, i got this back spasm and it turned into this wierd attack, had breathing problems,heart was racing, so i took a xanax, 0.25 which i have taken before last time a year before, and no problem, but this time, all of a sudden it was like i felt something change it my brain, i could not remember who my dad was, my hands were numb legs went numb felt out side my body, adrealene flowing then all of  a sudden i jumped up and let out a scream (AHHHH) then again jump up and scream (ahhhhh) then after i calmed down it was over. next day had brain fog, 5 days later exact same attack as described above except did not take xanax. So went for full exam and blood was perfect, but something was not right with my brain, had short term memory issues. had MRI w/contrast, CLEAN,2 CTs of brain, clean. in January, got numb face and eye lids out of nowhere, and had trouble talking. again found nothing. Then 5 days later, my left eye all of a sudden went blurry when i read street signs. Had Vision check No Optic Neritus or any eye diseases. Had VEP it was perfect. (Lasik done in may 2001 no prob before this perfect vision) fast forward to present:
Cognitive issues, complete loss of time, as in days of week what i had for lunch, short/long term memory loss (before PERFECT long and short memory) Confusion
Storage problems of new info
coated tongue
mental slowness cannot think clearly, processing problem

seen 2 Neuros and 2 Neuro opts.. and they cannot find anything... Tested for STDs,HIV,Lyme,AMA etc, all NEG..EEG Clean

Nope never been on ANY psychiatric Meds at alll.............

Have you ever taken any psychiatric medication before? If you have ever taken antipsychotics then sudden stiffness or changes in motor coordination could be a sign of tardive dykanesia. Make sure to go through a list of all your current and previous medications with a neurologist and see if there might be long term effects.

So, what type of disorder is this?? with the memory problems.. i am seeing a psyc she does not know what it is have been to 3 of them.. is it dissociated? Is it Psycosis??

You sound like you have had a good diagnostic workup in terms of physical explanations, so now you have to turn to the psychological explanation. I have seen many such syndromes turn out to be a variation of what is called panic attacks. I would recommend that you contact a psychiatrist and start treatment for this problem, and see what happens next....this is a very treatable disorder.
