Zoloft is no longer working

I've been taking Zoloft twice a day (100 mg) for more than 10 years and it is no longer working.  I'm interesting in trying to figure out what to try now.  I've heard good things about Lexapro (insurance covers) and Cymbalta (insurance does not cover no generic)...  So what should I do... I'm so depressed lately - i can't stand it.. just want to isolate and sleep 24/7.  no energy or interest in anything... pls help.  thank you.

I would suggest you talk to your doctor about Lexapro...it is a very effective medication for depression...but if it not work on you for some reason, there are many others, including Cymbalta.
