hyperhidrosis and poor results from liposuction surgery

Dear doctor (neurologist, dermatologist, gp or other)

I write to ask if you know much about the effects of liposuction surgery performed by dermatologists or others to reduce hyperhidrosis (axillary)?

How effective is this for chronic sufferers (I am F/27) years of age, and have had HH for 14 yrs.

What do you know about this type of surgery are there any negative side effects or is this proceedure still at an experimental stage?  I know about ETS but would like to know about this proceedure.

Thankyou

April....
