severe memory problems

i am 37, i have adhd, bipolar disorder, and anxiety issues. i have had really bad memory problems for most of my life and was wondering if my conditions could cause this. i have points in my life, many, that i just don't remember at all and they aren't bad situations. everything from what i ate yesterday to a family member coming to visit from out of town, years ago, but i don't remember it ever happening.  i'm so afraid of alzheimers when i get older but i don't think my memory problems fits alzheimers. any help would be appreciated. i don't think my medications help but i had this problem way before i started taking any medicine.

Your conditions may indeed cause memory loss program you because you have difficulty keeping your attention focused and that makes memory difficult. In addition, the medications don't help. This has nothing to do with Alzheimer's disease.

It could be related to the anxiety and other disorders.  And the medication.

I have found that with increased stress/ anxiety my memory seems much worse.  I don't think this is just a perception.
I have been told that the anxiety could be causing me to hyperventilate which affects carbon dioxide levels and also blood pressure.

I fear neuro-degenerative conditions but I think this just increases anxiety.

Other variables, besides the ones you mention, could affect memory.  If you still have concerns you should mention them to your doctor.  At the least, it may allay your fears.
