Nope, I looked further down and my post is there only under another heading you were on. So I made a mistake. The doc's not a wimp, I am spaced out, so I say to myself, (what a dummy for not making sure what I am saying first!)

I see someone erased the post I put up here yesterday. It said basically what the doctor did so he may have felt outdone and erased it! What a wimp!

Its a little more complicated than wearing off..its more biochemical, like a habituation. The most important way to get off safely is to switch to a longer acting antianxiety drug like klonopin, and gradually get off of that. Ask your doctor to help you with that.
