not sure what to do.

im not traking my meds as i should dont feel that much difference anyway.  i feel like there is no one in the world cares if im dead or alive.  lost my daddy, got cancer with chemo, lost my hubby then i lost my mom and most o my friends.  i feel so alone i am trying to have panic attacks.  wish it was  cold outside i would go sit on the porch at nigt,  dont know how to go on.

Trying to have panic attacks will make things worse. I'm not one to talk because I'm in downward spiral. I do similar sorts of behaviour myself. I take my meds even though it doesn't seem like they make a difference. Please keep taking yours because they might take a while to start working?

hope you get to feeling better.  I'm about to crawl into a warm bed myself.  Tomorrow should be better....

thank you for answering me i can feel you knowwhat i  am talkin bout.  i don eel much better but im notoing to do anything stupid i might want  not go on b i will wait and legod make that choice.  i dont knowwhere that came from. i jus need to cry  and get away. gloria789

Sit on a chair or on the floor, and follow this relaxing technique(Bhramri) for 9 times daily.Then keep your eyes closed for 30 seconds, rub both your hands together for 10 seconds, and place on your face for 20 seconds, then slowly open your eyes, then bring your hands down after 5 seconds.
Your will notice a rested brain in days. I will suggest more relaxation techniques for you, later.
Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Repeat this  5 to 21 times.
