Anorexic, help

I haven't been diagnosed or anything because I've never been to a doctor for that.  24 and I need to change this habit. I want to start eating healthier and I want to know what vitamins I can take to help my mind and body. I also smoke weed and cigs to help with the stress, eating and sleeping. If I don't smoke I literally go insane and get super mean. It lasts about five days to seven days. My job right now is super stressful, I'm planning a wedding with other family and life drama. It's just taking it's toll and until I get medical insurance I can't be seen. I won't go to the ER because they want to send me to a looney bin. I'm not suicidal, I'm just really unhealthy and have no idea where to start. I've been dealing with this since I was 13. It's time it's stop. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Get sunshine for some good vitamin d and take some b12 and vitamin c.  Above all you really need to get some nutrition no matter where it comes from.  I was throwing up my meals before I went into treatment this a couple weeks ago) and my blood was drawn.  The results were not good!  I now have a little belly and I am ok with it because I feel like I have more energy now and hunger can lead me to depression or also cause a relapse.

Take care of yourself hun,
Larry

Get an appointment with a psychiatrist.

If you can't get one, go to the local ER to get a psych evaluation. Sure, they may send you to the psych hospital, but it's better than having to wait months to see a psychiatrist. And it's not as bad as it seems. I did this a few months ago because I found it would take at least six months to see a psychiatrist if I made an appointment.

If anything, you can talk to your PCP and they can at least put you on something until you can see a psychiatrist.
