Hello there hon!

Sorry you're going through such a rough time.  With some professional help, and some time and patience (and some work on your part), you WILL be able to regain your quality of life.

Secondary depression is common among people with chronic anxiety.  Most of my depression is caused by that.  Regardless of the cause, it needs addressed (as does the anxiety for sure).  A lot of times just treating the anxiety will help the depression a lot.

It's good to see you are open minded about treatment options, that's a good thing.  Not everyone qualifies for an inpatient stay for management of depression and anxiety, but I think contacting the above facility that B found for you is a great place to start!  Give them a call for sure...and if they tell you you wouldn't be a candidate for their program, ask them to refer you to an agency (like social services) who would be able to help you find an outpatient treatment program.  You can always ask your doctor for referrals as well.

I wish you the very best, please let us know how it's going okay?

This is what I found in Melbourne FL for inpatient care:

Intake Services - Melbourne

This program serves two functions. One is to provide crisis counseling, information and referral services twenty-four hours per day seven days per week. These services are accessed by telephone or on a walk-in basis. A second function is to screen and evaluate admissions to the hospital units.
The Intake Services facility is located at 400 E. Sheridan Road, Melbourne, FL 32901 (Driving Directions). Please call (321) 722-5222 for more information
