back to the Dr Thursday, seems like I peaked and then have been slowly going down..does that make sense? At times I have no get up and go and others I feel like I can take on the world. I hate splitting these 20mg pills to make 30's! O well better than the alternative. Overall from starting Celaxa Jan 6 I feel better but miss the old me. Weird or just me?

I just hope I dont go thru the jitters and nausea again
I have been doing CBT therapy and the 2 together seem to help alot.
Hang in there as well. Stay strong!
When I first started Celexa I had diarhea and general stomach upset. I felt a little jittery, especially at bed time. Besides that I had no other side effects.
I have found that Celexa works quite well for me. I think the thing with depression meds is that you need to find what's right for you. If you are still feeling depressed, keep getting your dosage increased - 40 mg is the common dose for cronic depression. If your depression is situational or hormonal it may be wise to stay on a low dosage.
For me it wasn't until I was on 40 mg that I finally didn't feel depressed anymore. It was like a fog was lifted.
Hang in there.
