Changed

I am 68 and over the years I changed to where I would rather stay home than leave the house. I hate going to the grocery store, and if I do have to go I do not want to make more than one stop. My husband likes to go thrift store shopping all the time, me not so much. I do not understand why he thinks we need to leave the house everyday. I do not think I am depressed I just would rather stay home.

Do you not want to leave home because you're anxious?  Are you feeling sad?  If not, then your situation isn't one of depression or anxiety.
